In honor of Black History Month, University Health Services & The Commons are hosting their 2nd annual "Let's Talk About It" program, featuring a mini health fair, followed by a lecture and discussion about health disparities, health consequences and healthcare access issues in the African American community.
Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016
3-5pm: Health Fair & Free Services/Screenings
5-5:30pm: Reception
5:30-7pm: Discussion - Breaking Stereotypes within the African-American and African Communities (Facilitated by BSU and ASA)
Table Vendors Include:
- University Health Services (free blood pressure screenings!)
- and the Peer Health Educators!
Food and drinks will be available during the reception part of our event.
